Just wanted everyone's opinion on this.Im thinking about changing my weight loss goal to "maintain current weight" while on vacation. That way ill have more calories, and i wont be super stressed out about sticking to 1260 every day. I would obvi change it back to "lose 1.5 lbs a week" once vacay is over. Good idea/ bad idea?? Thoughts?? Thx!!!

I think this is a great idea. What can it hurt? And if you're planning on logging during vacation, and staying on track with maintenance, then that's superfly! Have a great time!0

I think Its a great idea. I'm going on vaca in 2 days for a week and was thinking of doing the same. Less stress that way. We can stay on track and still get to relax a little and enjoy ourselves!0

I think that's a great idea. I did this before going. It'll make your vacay a lot more enjoyable. Not sure when your vacation is or what your maintenance is but.. just to be safe I would slowly go into maintenance before leaving. So say you're at 1260.. try adding 100 or 200 every couple of days leading up to your vacation or the first few days of your vacay, so your metabolism doesn't go out of control.0
