Hello all "It takes a little more to be a champion" have always been my theme slogan. Any time I get tired or unmotivated and want to quit I just think that in order to be a champion I have to work like one. Of course it don't always work cause you have to be mentally strong. But I got my mind made up now that I will get down to 185 lbs and I wont quit. Cause champions dont quit.
