Pain in ball of foot.

Anyone ever get pain in the ball of the foot from exercising ? It really hurts if I walk barefoot on a hard surface? If so what did you do for it? I took advil and iced it .

    fill a water bottle and freeze. roll your foot over it. Flex your toes. try some soft insoles in your shoes.
