If it calls for 2 cups of flour, do I use the same amount of wheat flour?

Yes, you can substitute whole wheat in the same amounts. You might need to add more liquid though.0

That's what I've done and it worked okay.0

You will want to use slightly less - the wheat flour will make it more dense. I've read you sub 3/4 cup plus 2 TB of wheat flour for every 1 cup of all-purpose flour - so if it calls for 2 cups you'd want to do 1.5 cups plus 4 TB of wheat.0

Thank you, making cinnamon rolls for camping. Now I just need to figure it all out. (calories) Thanks again0

Most things will work out fine with the swap, but if you're concerned you can start by using half white and half wheat.0
