Hi, my name is Jean and this is my 3rd day using myfitnesspal and I am pretty happy with the calorie counting. It's definately made it easier for me to resist Pepsi & Beer (so far). I know how to eat healthy, I am studying to become a dietician but it it difficult when some things provide comfort or satisfaction. I have never had a problem with working out, I run long distance and lift weights year round maybe 3-4 days a week. I know in order to lose weight, I've got to more consistent because it's just not happening without something changing.

Yea, resisting some foods and drinks were super hard. You kind of get used to it after awhile. Don't get me wrong, I still want to get a big plate of nachos and a coke and chill in front of the TV, but after working out and dieting consistently you also tend to build up self control. Good luck!!0
