Never. I walk on the straight and narrow every day of my life.
As do I. I even log the air I breathe. So should everyone, or they are not serious.
I hope you were joking with this, about if those who don't log everything aren't serious!I believe "most" everyone on here are serious about their health.
I did go back to yesterday's journal and fixed it...I went over 239 calories to be exact.....GASP!!!
I feel better:)
I've grounded myself from my scale as I am a scale addict...so in about 5 more days I'll be able to see if anything has changed!0
