Anyone certified trainers/nutritionist willing to help?

Check in your neighborhood or your doctor about a referal to a nutritionist. Alot of times there is someone you can talk to about your problem for a very small amount of money or nothing at all. Just explain your financial situation. Also, and I'm sure you already know this, but if you keep doing the same workouts your body will get used to it when you've reached a certain unknown "plateau". And one more thing, you can always stop by a local workout or fitness place like shapes, curves, la fitness etc. and ask how much a nutritional consultation might be- or just befriend someone who works there and they can get you in on the scoop that may help in your weightloss success! Hope this helps. Just keep trying! I know how financial issues ( especially with student loans ) can hunker you down when you need money for things like this!0
