30 Day Shred L1 & 2 together help

Hey everyone, I need your advice. I did L1 (day 9) again this morning and did not wear my HRM because I wore it the first few times and it was consistent at 294 calories burned. I am set to start L2 on Saturday but when I got done today, I felt like I was just getting warmed up so I put on my HRM and wanted to see how far into L2 I could get. Well I got all the way through and my HRM said I burned 621 calories. I am nervous about this number, while it is a harder workout the number seems high. I am wondering if it was a malfunction or if I just burned more calories because my heart rate was already so high from L1. The thing beeped at me the whole time I was working out. lol I don't want to over estimate my calories burned. What do you think?
