Daily Calories

Just thought I'd ask, how many of you allow yourselves extra calories on days you exercise? I tend to burn around 1000 calories at the gym each day, so once I log that in, it tells me that I have earned 1000 calories. Is it best to just stick to the original amount of calories before exercise, or maybe allow yourself a few extra? I would appreciate any and all input on this subject! Thanks
