I don't even bother with prebagged/boxed popcorn or mess with oil or the air popper machine. Just get a pack of 50 brown paper lunch sacks in the aisle where the Ziplocs are sold, put a 1/4 to a 1/3 cup of kernels in it, fold down the flap, and nuke the bag for 1:30 to nearly 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). Much cheaper and healthier.
I dump hot sauce in the bag too and a little extra popcorn (finely ground) salt before I nuke because I'm lazy that way. Or I'll do the parmesean (no hot sauce) with Italian seasonings. Need to look up a kettle corn seasoning mix here soon. Had a craving for some the other day.0 -
