Fruit Smoothie w/ Protein

This is my favorite protein shake! It's about 280 - 350 calories, depending on how much protein powder you add to it.

Fruit Smoothie with Protein

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup of mixed fruit
½ banana
4-5 ice cubes
½ to 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon almonds
½ tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon of frozen raspberries

 “Pulse” ingredients in blender until the mixture starts to liquefy
 Then “chop” in blender until mixture is totally blended
 Then use your “blend” or “liquefy” setting until mixture is smooth

Enjoy!!

*Note: Mixed fruit can be anything or it can just one fruit…whatever is in your fridge! Example: My mix right now is cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi & grapes.
