Fruit Smoothie w/ Protein
This is my favorite protein shake! It's about 280 - 350 calories, depending on how much protein powder you add to it.
Fruit Smoothie with Protein
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup of mixed fruit
½ banana
4-5 ice cubes
½ to 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon almonds
½ tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon of frozen raspberries
“Pulse” ingredients in blender until the mixture starts to liquefy
Then “chop” in blender until mixture is totally blended
Then use your “blend” or “liquefy” setting until mixture is smooth
Enjoy!!
*Note: Mixed fruit can be anything or it can just one fruit…whatever is in your fridge! Example: My mix right now is cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi & grapes.
