    :wink: Welcome to the site. I am new in July and have had many very good suggestions already. Read Read Read. The conversations on here are very helpful and informative. There are so many things to go thru I am still at the learning stage. I like the fact that you can add your own "menu" and exercize and keep it privite or put it up as public to have great feadback.
