I did really well with my New Years Resolution last year, so I figured I would try again. I do great with a 'fresh start' (aka a brand New Year). I tried this website back in September but ended up not doing my part as well as I should have. The first few days have been rough trying to keep within the calorie's, etc. but I am writing down what I eat no matter how 'bad' and not stopping (last time I would get discouraged if my calories were too high and just forfeit the whole day). I think its really great to see how much a little bit of exercise helps, I am for sure more aware. Its the weekend now and I'm on days off, so I really hope I can stick with this!
