Hey everyone! I just started a couple days ago and it seems to be going well. 1st day I was under by 300 calories and yesterday I was over by 14 calories. I'm not use to keeping track of what I eat and measuring everything but it's easier than I thought it would be. A couple years ago I had an injury to my thigh and it caused nerve damage. From then on I haven't really exercised and gained some weight due to that, even though I'm already over weight. I started to exercise a few months ago and figured I'd just deal with the pain, but now I am having problems with my foot which has now side lined me from working out again. I got some new shoes yesterday in hopes that the pain is from having old shoes. They have good arch support too. My husband said as long as I keep within my calorie rang I don't have to exercise. I figure I'll see how this goes by losing 1lb a week and hopefully the new shoes will help and I can exercise again. I'm on my feet at my job so at least I am walking around. A girl from my work introduced me to this website and so far I love it. I need to lose about 75-80lbs. If I do lose the weight it could help with the nerve damage in my thigh and also would help when I get pregnant. I've been told by one of my doctors that I need to lose weight before trying to have a baby and another doctor says I don't. Not sure who to believe, but I already have a hard time carrying a pregnancy so I see how it could help. I have 2 good goals on why I need to lose weight and I hope I can stick with it. I just need lots of motivation so please be my friend and help me out. Thanks!!
