I have decided that I must cut back on my sodium, because if I don't I will end up on blood pressure medication like the rest of my family! I am in the soup mood now and was wondering which low sodium soups are the best. I am trying the low sodium chicken noodle for lunch today, and am afraid it will taste like crap! Has anyone else tried any low sodium soups that they like?

Its a bit bland but after a while you get use to it.....
I love salt too....
Try finding other spice alternatives....
I like pepper....

Have you had the Healthy Choice soups I find those are the best and if you need some flavor I use pepper or a dash of low sodium tony's.
