watermelon obsession

I have an extreme watermelon addiction! I eat healthy 99% of the time and stay in my caloric goal, but I can't seem to stop myself when it comes to watermelon. I've eaten an entire watermelon in the past 24 hours.. how bad is that? I know it's good for you because it's basically straight water, but what if it's eaten in the amounts that i'm having?

    I don't think you have to worry. Watermelon is mostly water, and as long as you stay under your calories for the day, it won't negatively impact anything, even if there is a lot of sugar too. Wouldn't make a habit of it though because of all the sugar.
