Right now I'm taking animal packs and its pretty expensive at 35.00 a tub, just wondering what everyone ws using. Animal packs has about 10 pills per pack so I feel I'm getting everything I need but I'm sure there are better options out there.

I don't take a multivitamin. I take individual vitamins that over time I have worked to figure out what works best for my body. Also, doctor did blood tests to tell me what I'm deficient in.0

I take the Alive Multivitamin. I like it a lot, especially now that they've created a one-a-day. (You used to have to take 3 a day.)0
