Does anyone ever reach their daily potassium goal? If so, how are you doing it? My goal is 3500.

Tons and Tons of veggies. Heck, that's normally all I eat. Oh, and protein shakes have potassium.

My husband has been focusing on this like crazy. He drinks orange juice, and milk. Potatoes have them, Lima Beans have alot!! Bananas have some. Just google high potassium foods and you will get a list of alot of foods.

potassium isn't really something to worry about. Potassium is in so many foods it shouldn't be too difficult to reach an acceptible level. If you think you're not getting enough eat a potato or banana.

Potassium is a tough one to hit. I made it over 3,500 potassium yesterday but I ate 2 bananas, 2 cups of cantaloupe, a protein shake, and a lean cuisine stir fry vegetable meal stacked with potassium. Basically you need lots of veggies and fruit that is loaded with potassium. Also protein shakes are generally fairly high in potassium.
