How many calories should I be looking to lose each day through exercise? I'm hoping to lose between 1/2lb and 1lb a week and plan on going for walks 5 times a week (and resting on weekends).

Think I'll stick to losing half a pound a week. Its far more doable for me to burn 250-300 calories a day than twice that to be honest.0
