I FINALLY made it and hour on an elliptical!!!! And I went just under 3 miles doing so! I feel so fantastic today.

    That is an NSV!!!!! I love my eliptical but I know they can be hard! :)

    Awesome!! That is great!! I love my elliptical as well and I'm up to an hour after doing it for about 4 weeks, 6 times a week. You go girl!

    To add to the great news yesterday, I was only able to work out for 45 minutes today, and I went 3.14 miles!!!!!! And I thought I felt great yesterday! Awwwwwwwwwwww yeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
