If anyone hasn't seen the commercials, its sign-up time for the National Body Challenge on DiscoveryHealth.com. If you sign up before January 11th you get a free bally fitness 8 week pass.
Here's my warning: I went to bally today to get my pass and they put me in a high pressure situation with a man named Wes who's arms were bigger than my head trying to offer me a low monthly 18 month contract INSTEAD of using my free pass. I managed to say no, but if you're bullied easily this may not be for you!!

The National Body Challenge, in a round about way, is how I ended up here. I was hoping the Challenge would have tools where I can track food and exercise and interact with others in the same boat. Maybe it's my terrible dial up connection, but I can't get into it half the time, and when I do manage the frustration to look around, it's just not what I was looking for. The Bally's thing wasn't of use to me either, since I don't have one in my town, I wanted the online support, but oh well. This looks like a nice place0

My husband was a Bally's prisoner. He joined and it was a 3 year contact. We made monthly payments.....let me correct that, we financed a membership at 18%interest. Be careful. I made him pay it off with out tax return. When is membership ended, you can cancel or pay month to month. We cancelled and they still charged our card. We had to cancel the card too. Watch out. You get stuck once you sign those papers.0
