I was here a few months ago, then after a few family problems, I kind of gave up. Now I'm back. I need all the support I can get. My DR prescribed Orlistat a few months back, but I need to do this myself, so they've gone in the bin !

I will do this myself.

    Coming back is the first success!! You can do this yourself without the assistance of medication, & we'll be here with you every step of they way!
