Hello,
I am here to lose quite a bit of weight (70 lbs) and I need the accountability, tips and tricks and the support system, and I want to also help others! I lost 70 lbs with a weight loss program and a lot of exercise, then I had my son and a million other excuses came up (moved from Colorado to Minnesota, started a new job, sick baby) and now I'm where I am at. I am hoping to learn from all of you, be social, as well as be inspired, and I hope through this journey I can also inspire others.
Weight loss is such a journey, it took me 2+ years to gain all of this weight, so I continue to remind myself that I need patience and strong will! I've been going to the gym 2-3 times/ week and continue to challenge myself to be a better me!
I look forward to getting to know many of you and learning about your story!

yess weight loss is hard but this site is very helpful and you get lots of suport . Keep on track each your cal amount and work out and you will see the lbs coming off . !!! good luck add me if you would like support0
