First night of my other workout

Hey everyone , last night was the first night of my other workout I do besides curves , I done the 6 week six pack dvd , Unfortunately i'm gonna have to get a mat here real soon so there were a few movies that were hard to do without a mat so it wasn't all done completely but I did workout pretty hard to 90 percent of it , think calories were still burned off even though it wasn't all of it yet?I woke up pretty sore so I feel some were burned off just not the full amount.

    I'm not sure what to comment, but if you were sore you likely had a good workout.

    Thats good. I haven't been able to work out do to surgery but i'm looking forward to trying some of the dvds mentioned on this site. Keep up the good work. Go out and get that mat so you can do the moves correctly, you don't want to injury yourself. Good Luck.

    oh sorry I guess my topic rambled , lol , what I am wondering is since it wasn't 100 percent done correctly do you all think calories still were burned off?

    Yes they were. The amount burned will change from workout to workout even doing all the moves right, but you would have burned a good amount of calories.

    You should really get a HR monitor and you be sure of what you burn. Also becareful to not workout too much. It can cause injury and over work your muscles. You will need to eat even more to make up for calories. You seem to burn alot with curves. Great job!

    yeah , I estimate less calories so I don't go over and think I burned more then what I did
