Day 2 of Shredding

pheeeeew- I am beat another 250 calories down per the good old HRM- great workout Im a little sore from yesterday but not too bad lets see how I feel tomorrow :sad:

    It will get better I promise. I have been doing it for 2 months now. Im still on level one but that is because of a medical condition. When she says on the last run of jump rope "you strong" that always makes me jump higher. Its like she is talking to me. I love it. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.     I just made it threw my 2nd day also, i am sore today from doing it yesterday, hopefully tomorrow wont be any worse then today. My legs, arms, back and butt hurt today. Tomorrow i think i will take some advil with me to work as it hurt to clean my bathrooms today.

    I plan on it- I know the soreness will ease up its just gonna take a few days of pain lol
  • Finished my 2nd day of it today too! This morning I woke up feeling good (I did the first day late last night) and by the end of today my body was aching like an old lady!! But I did it again before work and then ran 2 miles when I got home, so I'm hoping to rock this shred stuff!! :D

  • It is a workout DVD with Jillian Micheals of Biggest Loser called 30 Day Shred. It is fantastic. And inexpensive too!

    Definitely the soreness goes away by day 4 or 5. I had to skip day 13 yesterday because my arm hurts from the flue shot! I hope I don't have to skip tonight, but my arm is still really sore :mad:

    i hate the flu shot I couldn't even lay on my left side when i got mine

    I finally received my Shred DVD the other day. The first day I only got to do 8 mins because our youngest woke up coughing, hacking and gagging, on the verge of throwing up....sigh. Tomorrow's a new day right? But, after the 8 mins I did, I was a tad sore.
