Started then stopped now I'm back :)

I started this profile a few weeks ago, then gave up. But I have found my motivation and am back on track! I am excited to get healthy and learn about what physical challenges my body can handle with working out and losing weight! I am looking for friends for encouragement and inspiration! Thanks!! :)

    Hey Me Too!

    I started a few months ago was doing ok then had a death the family and let myself get totally off track and gained weight.:blushing:
    I just started again a few days ago. I am determined to get healthy. Best of luck to you
