Just making a mental note of changes i have made this week....encouraging everyone to join in
1. Not snacking during class anymore. I have late night class once a week and have used the excuse of needing to stay awake and facethe facts that i have been using it to eat junk. Had class last night...ate a small meal before and took a large glass of icewater to sip on during that loooooong 3 hr.class.

Now....just thinking of changes to make for the OTHER 6 days.:happy:

    Sounds like you're on the right track!

    Changes for me this week was upping the exercise. It's been tough, but I'm plugging along!
