I'm a petite person with big appetite, so keeping up with 1200 colorie a day is supper challange. I'm always feel hungry. sometimes I feel light headed because I felt so hungry. Please give me some idea of what to eat so I can feel full longer.
P.S. I eat every 2 to 3 hours so my glycemic level does not plunge.
Thank you.

When I first started, I was worried I would be super hungry all the time; the way I get around it is to exercise a lot so I have plenty of calories to eat til I'm full. I don't know how much time you have to exercise everyday, but if you can do a little, it will really help.

If you need any motivational support, you can add me.

Keep up the great work. YOU ARE DOIN IT! GRATS!
  • 100% Whole grains, more protein, fill up on fiber full veggies and fruits. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day. An egg white omelet and a side of berries for breakfast, PB & J with baby carrots for lunch, Chili rubbed salmon with 1 or 2 cups of roasted vegetables. Snacks can be nuts; pistachios, almonds and walnuts are great, or frozen grapes, raisinets, dried (unsweetened) fruits or fat free Greek yogurt. There's plenty of options to stop the constant cravings.

Working out does work, it adds more calories to your daily intake...plus you're working on your fitness :)
