a snack o salad u may wish to call it...but its healthy widout any doubt.. :smile:

Ingredients:

100gms sprouted yellow-split lentils (mung beans) : Do not peel off the skin...eat it!!
1 Onion
2 tomatoes
1 Carrot
1 Lime ( can be skipped if using yoghurt)
1 Cucumber

Salt to taste n Crushed Pepper.
Low Fat Yoghurt( optional)

Steps to follow:

fine chop onion, tomatoes n cucumber, grate the carrot (even fine chop is fine).
Add all this to the sprouted beans.
Sprinkle salt, squeez the lime... (no lime if addin yoghurt)
add Pepper.
Pour in the yoghurt(optional)

Mix well...

Eat Eat Eat.... :bigsmile:

I jus experimented with this today...n its way too yummy n healthy!!
Unfortunately, i dint have yoghurt so dats for tomorrow...
The salad is very filling...:happy:

    I :heart: sprouts, I usually put alpha sprouts on my sandwiches to give the extra crunchy to it, gives it a different taste. :smile:
