Carbs!

I am glad to find out that most of a one's daily calories should come from healthy carbs. I always felt a little guilty for desiring so many carbs...but It happens to be that my body was right all along!

    A lot of people respond differently to carb consumption. As long as you don't fall under the category of people who are sensitive to carbs, then you are absolutely right. Hope your weight loss goes well!

    I <3 carbs! I'll be honest in saying that I've lost weight faster in the past when I limited my carbs, BUT I was always hungry, tired, irritated, and literally dreamt about a big hot bowl of oatmeal. I think that's a sign that the bod needs some carbs. My staples are sweet potatoes, polenta, brown rice, soba noodles & quinoa. Farro and kasha are fun alternatives, too :)
