Hi all MFP friends! I just started using MFP last week and I'm loving this application. It really helps me to monitor my daily food intake to help me lose weight. Last three years I was the big fat girl who weighs 115kg (I am 5' 6") with a very strong determination to lose weight. I managed to get rid of 38kg after 20 months and maintains it until I got married early last year.

Just four months after my wedding, I got pregnant and gained 24kg. Now, my baby is four months and I have lose 16kg. My short term goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and my long term goal is to lose more and reach my healthy weight (which is another 20kg from my current weight).

I exercise regularly, I do both strength and cardio exercises at least 4 times a week. I hope to make friends here, to share experiences and help each other to achieve our target weight and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

p/s: I totally love MFP and I've also installed it on my blackberry.
