Do you feel it burns as many calories as you'd like?

I do! I have a HRM and I usually burn a little over 10 calories per minute...so yes, I consider it a good workout! I usually add it on to another workout just to get an extra 100 or so calories burned and to have a little fun while doing so.0

Yes, until you get good at it, then the cals per minute will decrease. When I first started, I would burn 300 cals in 20 minutes. But now that I can do it more efficiently, it takes me 30 minutes to burn 300.0

I jump rope (or pretend to jump rope) in my UFC trainer program. I do reps of 30 every 3rd or 4th exercise and it says I "burn on average" 5 or 10 calories. So if you keep up with it for awhile it will continually burn calories slowly.0

I also wear my HRM and use it in between sets of an ab work out. Can be used as a warm up. I use it in cardio circuits as well.0

Jumprope is my fave cardio
10 min of jumprope is equal to 30 of running...
Love it0 -

I do it everytime I will go boxing and whenever I do it makes me feel those calories burning.0
