Weight lifting question

I was thinking about starting P90 soon and I was going to keep track of the amount of reps that I did and the amount of weight I used for each of the exercises. Now there is no way that I could remember how many I did of each, so what I was wondering is:
Does it matter if I take a 30-60 second break between all the different strength exercises to log my reps? Does that make the overall workout less effective?
I don't think it would really make a difference, because it isn't something that you have to keep your heart rate at a certain level. But that being said I really don't know if it would be less effective if I was taking a quick little break between everything.

I think breaks are always okay. You don't want to over exhaust your muscles, you could pull something by hastily trying to finish a set.0
