I tried this some time ago but never really used it. The last 3 days I am using the tools on this website like crazy in order to help keep track during my Insanity workouts. Back in the end of March of this year I weighed in at 170.2 lbs. I'm only 5'6" so that is a no no. I currently weight 150lbs and am looking to drop another 15. I hope the Insanity workouts plus my diet will allow me to drop the weight in the next 50 days. I'm in no rush; however, if it takes longer than so be it. I'd like a six pack by Halloween so I can be Wolverine this year lol. Wish me luck. Anyone feel free to add me.
