random thinking

Thinking about The Biggest Loser and how some of the contestants gain a lb or two. Well, you know how the trainers act surprised? Shouldn't they know that you can gain weight some weeks because of muscle? It just irritates me when they act surprised about a lb or 2 gain. Now, I understand then getting upset if its 5lbs but not a couple!

i guess i see your point, but that would mean they gained like 5 lbs of muscle in a week if they should have lost. I mean, toward the end when they are thinning, totally agree. but in general that would be a ton of muscle to be putting on in such a short time0
