hello ladies,
am currently finishing the 30 day shred and am looking for what to progress to. my fitness up until 3ds was one exercise a week so really am not that ripped, but am alot better with jillians help.
I've seen adverts for p90x but i'm scared by them. i see alot of men posting about it but was wondering what women who have done/or are doing it think of it.
Can it be worked into a very busy lifestyle (i work three jobs!)
Any reccomendations or stories are appreciated.

I am doing P90x lean version right now. The workouts themselves are fierce, but after the first week you start to look forward to them. They are however approx 45 mins to an hour each day x6 days a week. But you'll see phenomenal results. :-) I'm on day 19 and i have biceps and triceps! (well of course i've always had them, but now i can see them...and so can everyone else!) It really works your whole body and if you follow the nutrition guide (i follow very loosely) you will drop pounds like crazy. Good Luck!!!
Add me if you'd like. :-)0 -
I liked the weight workouts a lot, and the core, but I wasn't a fan of the cardio/kempo workouts. They just weren't tough enough for me. I'm done with the program but still use the weight routines on a regular basis- I like what they did for me.
As for the weight... I never followed the nutrition program and I think that's really key to losing weight. I didn't lose a single pound, but I definitely increased my muscle tone.0
