c25k week4-week6

Hi, so today I thought I'd skip the spin class and do what I thought was my Week4 Day 1 of the C25K,

After MUCH wheezing, huffing, puffing and feeling like a stitch was coming on I did my 'run' for the day, yet could not go on the elliptical as I literally had nothing left in me.

When I got home I checked my print out to cross off another day and realised that I had just done week6 day 1 by mistake - question is.. do I go back to week 4 or do I carry on at week 6 (my heart is pounding thinking about how hard it is, yet I managed to get through it..)

Any feedback is much appreciated!!

    I would go back to doing week 4, and now you know what to look forward to in 2 weeks. Pushing oneself is fine on occasion, but jumping ahead of the program may cause you to get injured, and then how mad would you be? Just my opinion.....

    Thanks! From Week 6 it advances quite quickly - its very daunting!
