c25k week4-week6

Hi, so today I thought I'd skip the spin class and do what I thought was my Week4 Day 1 of the C25K,
After MUCH wheezing, huffing, puffing and feeling like a stitch was coming on I did my 'run' for the day, yet could not go on the elliptical as I literally had nothing left in me.
When I got home I checked my print out to cross off another day and realised that I had just done week6 day 1 by mistake - question is.. do I go back to week 4 or do I carry on at week 6 (my heart is pounding thinking about how hard it is, yet I managed to get through it..)
Any feedback is much appreciated!!

I would go back to doing week 4, and now you know what to look forward to in 2 weeks. Pushing oneself is fine on occasion, but jumping ahead of the program may cause you to get injured, and then how mad would you be? Just my opinion.....0
