Someone posted a topic about the "cabbage soup diet"
You do NOT only eat cabbage soup.
If you had a brain you'd read and see that you're allowed fruit or veg, beef/chicken, baked potato and even steak on somedays. it's a diet plan. not a crash diet.

I lost weight a few years ago on this. and i didn't gain it back when i started eating.

oh and you DO NOT go into starvation mode at say 800 calories a day.
You have to be eating under 500 (for most people) for the period of at least 3 days.

think of when you have the flu? you dont eat much for say a week? you dont gain the weight back unless you start eating the wrong foods after the sickness passes.
