Beach in 31 days... looking for some fitness friends!

Hi! I've gone from couch potato to fitness fanatic and back to the couch in the last year. I love to exercise but I rarely see weigh loss results. Even though I love the way I feel when I exercise, I'd like to adjust my diet so I shed some pounds too. I'm headed to the beach at the end of August so I'm super motivated to DO SOMETHING NOW!
