No Appetite After Working Out

Is there anyone else that is like this? I tend to do my work outs right after work in the evening, before dinner. Getting up earlier in the morning is not an option (I commute a LONG ways) and I simply enjoy the routine that I have going for me. Anyway, I could be on the verge of hunger before I do my work out, and afterwards I feel nauseas just thinking about eating. I have to force myself to eat dinner. Still drink a lot of water though!

Yep. I'm in exactly the same boat. I try to have a little something to eat before working out because otherwise, I'm pretty much under 1200 cals for the day.0

I'm jealous! After I workout I have no appetite but then about 4 or 5 hours later I will become RAVENOUS and not be able to stop being hungry!0

Same here. What I do is eat a small snack 30 minutes after my workout. Then, typically within the next 30 minutes, my appetite is back, and I'm ready to eat everything in the house!! Or dinner at least. :P0

This does the trick for me!
Even if I'm not hungry, I make sure to drink a packet after working out.
Definitely better for you than other sports drinks with things like artificial coloring!0 -
Maybe I will try packing something in my lunch to eat on the way home from work so that it has time to digest a bit before I exercise. I made the gross error of eating dinner before doing the 30DS last night... horrible results.0
