I just want to know if anyone knows or can tell me how I can find out, how many calories you burn when you combine wearing leg weights and using hand weights when you walk. Please help!

I am against using the weights. They change your gait when you walk and cause undue stress on your knees and joints. Just walk faster or take a different route with more hills.0

There are different sites, or even exercise machines that tell you calories burned for your weight. For instance I log my runs on WalkJogRun.net and when I input my weight or different weights it'll let me know how many calories I burned.0
