It's Friday, so I usually like to feel like I am cheating:
Turkey/Chicken Burgers
Homemade Pita Pizzas (great because everyone can choose their own toppings - I like bar-b-q chicken!)
Homemade chicken fingers w/ homemade french fries
Hope this helped, or at least triggered something in your mind that you and the family enjoy!0 -
Stirfry with lots of veggies,yummy.0

Just depends what you like! I've had grilled chicken every night this week, but never spiced it the same way twice... did Indian curry spices one night, barbecue the next, KFC spices the next...
One of my friends recommended a steak / ribs rub made of just salt, black pepper, cocoa powder and chili powder, and I think I may try that out tonight.
As Shepherd Book says, "It's all about the spices. A man can live on packaged food from here 'til Judgment Day if he's got enough rosemary."
And, also, *everything* tastes better when it's wrapped in bacon. Just sayin'. :-)0
