Off and running

Well, I have joined this site to help me manage my food intake. I love to exercise but I also love to eat. I went from about 295 to 210 via exercise alone from June 2007 to about Aug 2008 and kept it off until around May 2010. Then, due to stress, etc. my food relationship got worse and I began to miss workouts. By May 2011 I had crept back to about 270. VERY DEPRESSING!

I started a boot camp program on June 20, 2011, and started writing down my food regularly July 4. I rediscovered this site and decided to fully utilize it to help with the calorie counting (my weakness). I signed up here on July 26 with a starting weight of 265.

I am looking forward to getting back to a healthy lifestyle and getting back into all my clothes!
