OPERATION: Skinny B*tch (5/13-8/13) WEEK 12

SKIIIIIIIINNNNY B*TCHES!!!!! I am feeling much much more skinny this week :bigsmile: I hope all of you are as well!!!

Now that I have begun to actually lose weight again, I feel I am more motivated to keep going.


Current Weight (7/29): 150.0
Weight lost since last week: -5 :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
Calories burned since last week: 1,471 tracked (I've done more than that, but didn't enter it here so I'm not sure)
Nutrition goal met?? I did pretttty damn good.
How many miles did you travel this past week: not enough! BUT I did a lot of walking that I didn't keep track of.

NEW GOALS for the week of 7/29 through 8/5:
Calorie burn goal: 8000 :bigsmile:
Weight loss goal: 6lbs.
Nutrition goal: stay between 1200 and 1500 consumed, then eat 1/3 to 1/2 of exercise calories. drink 12 glasses of water a day. And take my supplements EVERY DAY!


WEEKLY CHALLENGE:
I will step up and travel a total of 30 miles. (20 elliptical and 10 walking?) I
I will work on ABS and LEGS more too!!!

PLUS I have my first 5k tomorrow!!! YAY!!! BUT there is a Beer-chugging obstacle, so really... it's about having fun while doing the race. :laugh:

    Calorie burn goal: 2,000
    Weight loss goal: 2 lb
    Nutrition goal: To be under my calorie goal with the exercise calories

    I will travel a total of 30 (15 walking & 15 bike) miles.

    My Thoughts: I'm just rying to get this done.
