Have just played an exhausting game of rounders with the kids..... 25 mins heart rate raised - what would you put that down as on mfp?

    I would put it under cardio and running or baseball?

    Thanks - hadnt thought of baseball - have now put it down - only 149 calories for 25 mins but better than sitting on the couch ;)
