Just a little frustration!

Since August I have been about 192lbs. My weight would go up from there and then back down depending on how my eating was when I ate 1200cals. Now I eat 1400 which is the right amount. My weight is 100 time more stable now! But I have been plateaued at 192lbs since then!!! Its just so frustrating! I already know how to break it and I know I will but I just needed to vent! arrrrrrrrrrrg! :grumble:

    Are you exercising? Eating those calories? eating high sodium foods? drinking lots of diet soda (:grumble: )? Being honest with yourself about how much you're eating/ burning through exercise? Drinking lots of water?

    Chin up, you'll start losing again. Check to make sure none of the above things is your problem, all of them can have a negative affect on your weight loss. :flowerforyou: Good luck, I know you can do it, just stick with it!

    Exercising no. I have stopped since I moved at the beggining of October, but Monday I start training for a 5k run. I ALWAYS eat all my exercise cals! I LOVE food! haha No I dont eat high sodium foods (I eat all "clean" foods) I dont drink pop... Only water and 0% milk once in a while... And I am being honest with myself about how much im eating/burning. Water I have slacked on though! I have not been drinking my 2L a day!!

    I am now at the weight I was BEFORE I had kids... So now I think I actually have to try. The formula is... 1400cals a day + exercise + exercise cals + lots of water = weight loss! Right? :laugh:

    I actually had to stop working out as much to lose weight....go figure (I love being the freak of nature).
    I really want to start working out again...but I have to do it slowly and not get overzelous.

    I know the feeling.. Since August I been 190's too.. From 190-197 up and down everyday! Now Toms here and its no better, OF COURSE! So anyways I drink about 100oz of water a day. i eat 1700 calories a day, and I dont do straight cardio but I do jump & jacks, crunches, squats, and wall pushups. I was running outside but its to cold to take my 3yr odl out for a run! I hope soon I can break through this.. I want to see 180's & 170's so bad I can taste it! YUMMY! lol j/k

    yeah!! I cant wait to see 189lbs!! I really cant!!! I will be so happy to see it!!
