Good Morning and a salute to all of you who have taken the courage to start a new healthy lifestyle with this site! I have found inspiration, support and motivation to keep going "one day at a time". It has been one month, since I have started logging into this system and I must admit, I have not been consistent. I realize this is a daily commitment to write everything down and be accountable for what I put in my mouth.
I have been exercising and started a few more activities to increase my 3 days a week to 5 days a week, I am struggling, but I remember it is "one day at a time", which keeps me focused on just today.
I see that I have not been consuming enough calories each day, which is why my progress is not showing up on the scale. I have lost inches which is a plus, right????
So with confidence, I continue to journal and stay focused and positive. I have made some adjustments but need to plan better when I go on a mini-vacation. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to do this and now it is back to my daily routine of counting calories, exercising and seeking beauty in the day! Ciao:flowerforyou:
