How would I enter the 30 day shred? All of the exercises individually or does someone know a trick?

I enter it as 20 min of high impact aerobics.. it seems a little more intense than circuit training to me..0

holy smokes they must have changed it. i was only doing the high impact aerobics cause it was like 50 cal more than circuit training.. i guess ill be doing that from now on
