How to enter 30 day shred?

How would I enter the 30 day shred? All of the exercises individually or does someone know a trick?

    most people do 20 minutes of circuit training.

    I enter it as 20 min of high impact aerobics.. it seems a little more intense than circuit training to me..

    Kaatielove 20 minutes of high impact aerobics shows that it burns fewer calories than 20 minutes of circuit training?

    holy smokes they must have changed it. i was only doing the high impact aerobics cause it was like 50 cal more than circuit training.. i guess ill be doing that from now on ;) thanks!
