One weekend "off the diet" because of a family reunion and i

Then after the weekend I started to feel this hunger like if I were an average kid in Ethiopia. So I fell into eat more carbs and now I'm back to were I started.

    You may be back where you started - but if you'd have never started, you'd have put on even more weight. Just think of it as a temporary hiccup, dust yorself off and get cracking again... you can do it :D

    I have been through this many times... No matter how hard it is or how bad you feel.. you just have to pick back up and get started again. If you make yourself a small goal (that is reasonable) and you meet it in the next couple of weeks it will give you motivation to keep going. Your goal could be to eat half as many carbs as you have or to exercise a certain amount per week/day.
