New, Motivation Needed

Hey everyone, Kevin here! 20 year old college student here, looking to drop (hopefully) 40lbs and hit about 160 before I can put on muscle. While this is great for tracking food, I need motivation and help to stay eating well and I REALLY need it for exercise. I started a blog, so if you wouldnt mind checking it out, you can help me along there too.     Welcome Kevin!

    The forums are a great place here to help with motivation. We have a section called Success Stories which is great when you need to see that it is possible. Plus, there are a bunch of people on here that you can "friend" and motivate eachother more privately on your main page if you aren't into the forum deal.

    Why lose the weight before starting to build muscle? If you do strength training you can be doing it all at once. *confuzzled*
